Mt. Zion Church of Deliverance, Holiness, and Restoration

Raphael and Debbie Douglas are the pastors of Mt. Zion Church of Deliverance, Holiness, and Restoration, a church located in the village of Warner in the Commonwealth of Dominica. Pastor and Sis Douglas relocated to Dominica in 2006 after having both served in the United States Military for many years; and as pastors of Christ Gospel Church of Ramstein, Germany under the mentorship of the internationally renowned bible scholar, Rev. B.R. Hicks, Pastor of Christ Gospel Churches International headquartered in Jeffersonville Indiana, USA.

Mt. Zion Church Warner began as a home bible study in 2007 and is now a vibrant, growing church seeking to change lives with the precious truths of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Growing In God is a 30 minute, weekly radio broadcast seeking to reach lost souls with the life-changing message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to bring them from the seed stage of their relationship with Jesus, to a mature, fruit-bearing stage through the Holy Ghost anointed teaching and preaching in Jesus Name.

The Vision of Mt. Zion Church Warner is:

To place all our resources, time, and talents at the disposal of the Lord in spreading the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ with emphasis on growing up in our love relationship with Him through evangelism, all forms of media, and personal outreach.

To establish a strong network of churches around the island built upon the foundational principles of the Bible that would then become a beacon or lighthouse for the rest of the Caribbean Islands.

To train leaders who are called and chosen of God to take their rightful places of influence in the spheres of the Church, Family, Business, Government, Education, Media, Sports, Arts, and Entertainment.

To create an atmosphere in the churches where those who are called and chosen of God especially among our youths and children can discover and operate in their God-given talents, gifts, and callings, all to the glory of God.

To prepare the Bride of Jesus Christ who is firmly established upon the Rock of Charity, Holiness, Righteousness, and Truth without compromise as espoused in the unadulterated Word of God.
